In Operation

MUSMA's remote control system applies encrypted communication protocols and access-control policies. Only authorized users can control devices, and every control action is logged.

No — devices are designed to buffer data locally during outages and transmit it sequentially on reconnection, preventing loss. Retransmitted data is sorted chronologically and reflected automatically in the control screen and reports.

When a set threshold is exceeded or a device anomaly is detected, the system fires an instant pop-up alert and sends a notification. Staff can be notified through multiple channels, including email, SMS, and app push.

The platform learns anomaly patterns in collected time-series data for predictive maintenance, detecting signs of equipment failure in advance. Industry-specific analytics — such as soil and growth diagnosis from satellite and drone imagery, plus yield prediction — run on the same AI foundation.

MUSMA provides ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and upgrade support after the system is in operation. A dedicated support channel responds quickly to on-site issues.
